At Eventsi, health and safety is paramount. That’s why all of our marquees, fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, comply with British and European legislation and meet all necessary safety standards.

Health & Safety

Having worked in partnership with blue chip companies, councils, schools, universities, The National Trust as well as private individuals, we understand the need for strict health and safety policies.

We, therefore, provide a full method statement and risk assessment for each corporate marquee event that we undertake. For private hiring, we adhere strictly to the same health and safety policies, including the preparation of a method statement and risk assessment, if required.

Standards

All of our structures conform to the latest, BS6399 wind loading regulations, our external PVC covers meet BS7837 flammability testing regulations and our internal marquee fabrics also conform to the necessary British standards. Copies of our certificates can be provided. All electrical equipment is P.A.T. tested annually.

We have full public liability insurance and an employer’s liability insurance certificate.

Special requirements

If required, we are happy to discuss any particular issues that you may have regarding health and safety. We understand that some potential marquee sites may have specific health and safety requirements and we are happy to take account and include them within our standard working practices.
